The Scholarships for Oregon Scientists II program is a needs and merit based scholarship funded by the National Science Foundation. Students must qualify for financial need, this is determined by completing the FAFSA, and academically qualify by meeting program requirements. Qualified students in the program are eligible to apply for a second (renewal) year as well.
